Each service is customized especially for you! If you have questions please send a message through our booking system so that your experience is the best it can be.
All scheduling is done online through our online scheduling system. You can schedule by clicking on the "Book Now," tab. This includes scheduling, rescheduling, and cancelations.
Appointments that are 10 minutes late will be rescheduled.
When I am in clinic for the day I am unable to answer the pone as I dedicate my time to my scheduled clients. Please use email or our booking system to communicate.
A credit card is preferred, and cash, or gift certificate are appreciated. We are no longer accepting checks.
We want you to have a great experience at Cascade Esthetics & The Make-Up Boutique and ask that you silence your cell phone. Photos are also not permitted. This ensures an enjoyable experience and is respectful to all.
In consideration of our time and availability. It is your responsibility to notify our establishment 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Any cancellations that are done after this time will result in a 100% charge for the service scheduled. Anyone who is late multiple times, consistency cancels, or no shows will be blocked from booking online. We reserve scheduled time exclusively for you and it creates a hardship on business when not enough time is given to fill that appointment time.
Please do not use any retinal, retinoids, or any other tretinoin based products 1 week prior to your appointment. Any AHA/BHA based products should be discontinued at least 72 hours prior to your appointment.
We are located in the Creekside Medical business park area, just behind the cafe. Follow the signs and look for the only purple door 3908 Creekside Loop, #135.
Online Orders & Shipping
Please allow 3-4 business days for processing. Once your order is shipped you should receive it within one week. Thank you so much for shopping small and supporting your local business.

Your safety is our priority, and we are committed to meeting and exceeding the state, local, and regulatory requirements pertaining to sanitation. Below is a bulleted list of the precautions we are taking to keep you safe:
•All individuals who have a fever or are ill are prohibited from engagement with clients or the client area.
•Hand washing and hand sanitation has always been part of our protocol at the start and at the end of all services provided and will continue for the health and safety of our clients.
•We have implemented hand sanitation stations at the entrance, exit, and in all work areas to reduce infection and germs.
•Clean sanitized, linens, towels, and disposables will be utilized for each treatment provided.
•You are required to wear a mask at your appointment and have your temperature taken.
We are in this together and ask that you are committed to our health and safety initiative. Below is a bulleted list of how you can help:
•If you have a fever please refrain from visiting the boutique.
•If you are in isolation or quarantine please refrain from visiting the boutique.
•We are advocates for hand washing! Please sanitize or wash your hands for 20 seconds before and after your treatment.
•Please do not bring additional guests with you to your appointment.

I am so excited for our re-opening, and appreciate your patience and understanding during this time. It is important to read over the new COVID-19 Policy, as operations at the boutique will be a bit different.
